  • Receptionist was extremely rude. I feel bad that she has to go home and live with herself every day. Must be hard to be that miserable. HOWEVER, the rest of my experience was very pleasant. The medical staff was kind and helpful. It was unfortunate that, as a new patient, I was greeted with such distaste as I came through the door. The rest of the staff was their saving grace.
