  • This location was really strong when it opened. Today we went to try the new Blonde and the service was way under staffed. We ordered a bagel and birthday cake pop that we had to ask for as they forgot to make it. The back counter and the floor of the employee area was very messy and dirty. The actual customer area was just as bad. The floor look liked it had not been cleaned in days. We love the location, but service is slipping.
