I had a very positive purchasing experience. Chris - Customer Care (Internet Department), was very helpful in getting my appointment set up. The dealer who I dealt with was named Jason, and he was very respectful and although they push for sales (well, it is a car dealership), it was not pushy in a rude way. I bought used, and I had a problem with a chip on the hood of the car. Jason offered to have the chip repaired whenever I can make the appointment. They would have done it right there, but it was very nearly closing time (8pm) and the auto guys had gone home at 5pm. Overall, I am very pleased with my treatment and I felt that I drove away with a fair deal.
