This goodlife is unique for a two reasons:
1) It is located in an office building on the first floor, thus parking is validated for a 2 hour period. This parking is outside at night-time and be warned it is has the most epic speed bumps of any lot I've ever encountered at the exits. If you have a car with low clearance avoid this lot.
2) It is oddly busy at the very late hours, I visited around 11pm and it was mayhem in there. There were weights everywhere, no-one was putting anything back on the racks and the clientele were 95% male. This is not an issue for me but I will say I would not be comfortable with my mom or girlfriend working out with the crowd in this gym at that time (take that for what you will, no offense intended).
Other than that it had all the standard good-life equipment, was fairly large and change rooms were up to standard. In conclusion I cannot speak to the atmosphere during the day but after 10pm this place is not a welcome sight for new members, beginners or timid people in general. On the converse side it was actually motivating for me to be surrounded by the raw energy in there late at night, I just know a lot of people who find that intimidating.
