| - Was expecting something classier or more trendy. I might have missed the mark, but I have trouble interpreting the atmosphere they are trying to create here- There was no particularly memorable art, decor, etc. that stood out to make a statement (though there is an old hanging TV that's not being used..)
Wine options were decent, but my boyfriend's moscow mule was not mixed right at all. The seating around the bar was okay, but as other reviewers have noted, it is difficult to spot an ideal location to sit where you can be served. It also started getting a little crowded around the bar, with people standing behind and around the bar seats.
Overall, was not the experience we were hoping for. Service was only so-so. The bartender was nice, but not very helpful or inviting. Since the mixed drink was bad, sticking to beers and wines may be a smarter choice. I would recommend this place for people looking for a casual, chill hangout with low key service. Iffy about this being a good date spot if you're looking to impress someone who expects a higher level of service or prefers a romantic, classy atmosphere.
