  • Realistic review. The place itself is quite good. Roomy, really good layouts, new-ish appliances, pretty quiet complex, decent daily privacy, good parking options, not a bad location, some partial mountain views, a few truly nice people working here. It's even an acceptable value. Things that are typically problems in complexes are the same here. Lots of staff turnover, repair people who are lazy, stuff that really should be looked at or fixed but isn't for months (like sprinklers that shoot straight up in the air), etc. And, of course, the odd tenant who trashes a place then disappears after two months. Overall, a good place.
