  • All I've ever had was KFC and Popeyes so since I had a layover in Charlotte I knew immediately what I wanted to try BOJANGLES! Honestly I was quite impressed, I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips with fries, a biscuit and the legendary ice tea and it definitely hit the spot. The chicken is not overly greasy and it has a good flavor. The biscuit was hard, but maybe that's because it was the last thing I ate and it had gotten cold. The tea though - Oh man! That tea is yummy! Just so you know, the line is long, but it goes rather quickly. The staff maybe seem rude to some, but honestly with the amount of traffic they get, they're really not going to have a 5 minute convo about what's the best item on the menu. It's CHICKEN people - Not a 4 star restaurant. Order your damn meal and keep it truck'n!
