I have stayed here previously without any issues. This time around, there were several issues. Minor issues from housekeeping not cleaning properly to not leaving us with amenities.
The worst part of our 5 night stay was when some of our property went missing from our hotel room. I reported it to security who said they would have the hotel management contact me right away. Two days later - I haven't heard a thing! I had to email and get a run around from several different people before getting this response:
"Unfortunately, we are not liable for items that you are alleging have gone missing from your room. But as I mentioned, I completely understand how frustrating it can be and this is why I would like to offer you 10,000 SPG points" - Dianne Kostopoulos, Director of Security (email response)
(To clarify, 10,000 SPG points amounts to one free hotel stay of approximately $150. The value of goods that went missing was $350+ from our room)
We had to chase after someone just to get back to us. The hotel basically accused us of "alleged" claims and was trying to barter with us to low ball a deal. I wasted so much time trying to get some sort of resolve and after 3 days, I still don't have any answers.
Stay away! Whatever good service was here in previous years has clearly disappeared!
