  • This is the most overpriced business in town!The furniture is cheap And value city does not honor their part of the contract as far as the warranty is concerned period . I bought approximately $4000 worth of furniture from them because I had just moved To town and had no clue . I Also bought a promise care warranty on a leather sofa that I had purchase and they refuse to Honor ! When I called to inquire about the warranty initially one of the workers at the store actually told me what to say because the warranty group Uniters would not honor it if I didn't say certain things. An inspector came to my house and instead of just looking at what I had requested to be fixed he looked at the entire couch and said that I had accumulated dirt! the couch is a light Gray he believed that the couch was white and even though I appealed this and tried to explain to them that that was the case they still denied me I would not recommend value city furniture nor uniters furniture warranty to anyone go somewhere else don't buy furniture from this place !
