  • Never move here. My experience: 1) They never cleaned our damn apartment. We had no time to do that ourselves because furniture and belongings needed to be moved ASAP. My roommate was there already...going from his one bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Carpets and linoleum were DIRTY AS HELL. 2) The whole apartment looked like shit because of the dirty carpet. 3) Broken closet doors (holes in the middle of them like someone punched them!) standing in our hallway by the TINY closet the whole time I lived here. They never came and got them and I had to put up curtains for closet doors. But they're assholes and I would've been charged if I put them outside. 4) The ladies in the office are something else. One of them lives here and has a certain parking space. We had 3 cars between the 3 of us, so I always parked in the uncovered spot next to her COVERED spot. She didn't like me at all (she totally liked my roommates and thought I was dating them or something). She had my car towed by her FRIEND in the early morning hours right before my college english final. My roommate and I had to drive around to every lot in town. The tow company on the covered parking awning was not the company she used and she wasn't in the office til 8 or 9. We were both pissed. We called her a million times and she conveniently forgot who she called and where my car was. I had to pay $300 to get my car out for no reason. Bitch. 5) Never got a rec key. 6) Parking really sucks. They squish you in here. 7) Microwave was broken the entire time I lived here and the oven was horrible. 8) Porch light never worked and there were exposed wires. Not safe and not fun coming home at night. 9) I understand that the maintenance guys have permission to enter, but my roommates also had guns and slept right next to them. We had been complaining about the broken microwave and leaking dishwasher for days when the maintenance guy decides to unlock our front door and open my roommate's bedroom door while he's sleeping. I didn't know microwaves and dishwashers were located in the bedroom...? He woke up and grabbed his gun and pointed it at the guy. 10) Bedrooms are so small, and I wish the door locks weren't so easy to open. Not a great place. Go down to 698 Racetrack or somewhere else.
