  • Worst service ever! I puchased a Groupon for $59. for tile/grout cleaning. I booked a day/time and received a confirmation. Then a few days later they sent an email informing me they had to change the day of our appt. to the next day. I told them I couldn't do it that day. They said they were going to be on the East side of town on the day we had scheduled, so they wouldn't be able to meet with me. I ended up changing my plans and met with them the following day. Matt and his associate showed up today with their equipment and I went off to the other room to get out of their way. 10 min's later Matt called my name and showed me what a difference the grout would look like if I did the acid cleaning (could restore it to the original color) and then they'd seal it. I asked how much and Matt replied $299.00 which was in addition to the cost of the Groupon. I told him maybe next time, but to just do the cleaning according to the Groupon this time. I went off to the other room and 10 min's later Matt called out my name again and I went to see what was going on. He told me he just contacted Groupon and told them to give me a refund. I replied, "What?" and he walked away towards the front door. I asked, why, and he kept walking and said "you'll get a credit". I told him I moved all the furniture out, took time off of work and this was a big waste of my time. He replied, "Yea, it was a waste of my time too" and then walked out. They had all of their equipment already packed up (appartently while I was in the other room). Buyers beware!!
