  • The airport should NOT allow Insel Air to operate!!! They allowed an airline to be non-responsive, canceling flights. No one at the airport could help us. They accept all crapy airlines. In addition: Check in is inefficient. Priority lane is in only one place and has huge lanes. The valley clogs traffic up: all for money. Parking is always full. Airport is overpriced. We cant get decent deals. And the deal we get: by a crappy airline!!!!!
