  • Don't use this company, they were called by my home warranty company to check out garage door, tech said bad motor and home warranty does not cover warranty parts from manufacturer. Ok that's ok, I got on phone with chamberlain and they are sending me out motor and belt, all is great. Now Cactus said when parts come in they will charged me an additional 85 to the already 75 I paid them! Uummm.....not! You should come and replace the parts just as if you ordered them. Nope an additional charge of 85! Ok, bye! I called my garage door person and he told me that when the parts come in, he will install them for free! Now that's a company! Always will have a customer and a referral!!!!!
