  • I have been coming here for many many years and it has gone downhill. I'm not one to leave Yelp reviews ever! Check my record but I felt like I had to this time. I had to wait almost an hour which ok I get it, it's busy and I expect them to do a good job cleaning it takes time, but when I get the car back and it is full of streaks and still dirty spots especially on the hood, facscia, and windshield, it's not ok. I got the v.i.p. for 22. You guys are suppose to wipe down the inside and console and it definitely doesn't look it was wiped at all. Everything is still dusty on the console, the rear mirror is still dirty and there is water drops/spots on my right passenger door. It looks like it was all half assed wiped and that goes for the whole car. My wheels are suppose to have the shine on it and it also looks like it's half assed cuz half the tires has some shine and some off it is completely dry. There's water spots on the hood, front bumper with dirt and the back window. Luckily my car is white so it's not as noticable but the point is it should not be there. I waited outside watching them clean my car and I know for a fact they did not wiped down the outside because I watched them not do it! The only thing I saw is supposedly they cleaned the rims which also are still dirty and Windexed a couple windows. I had to tell the kid to clean the sunroof because I knew he didn't. It's just a Terrible terrible job. I won't be coming come back anymore. U guys raised the prices and lowered the quality. It is a shame. Smh. I'll have find new car wash place.
