  • We started using Home Team Pest Defense in December 2013 after moving into a new home that has the Taexx built in pest control. It gives me peace of mind to know that before any critters can move in with us that we started right away to try to prevent any problem from developing. We use the every 2 month service and the fee is reasonable for the service. The technician Luke shows up every 2 months on schedule and then we receive a detailed receipt of the service provided. They inspect the exterior of the home, remove cobwebs and nests within reach, inject the Taexx into the control system, treat pest entry points around doors and windows, apply pest control around the outside perimeter of our home and provide a detailed service report of the service provided. We have never had a pest issue but know that it works when a couple days after they visit our home we will see a couple dead bugs on our porch. I would rather prevent a problem then ever let it get to the point where we have an infestation and then are trying to remove it. I will never stop using them! We are completely satisfied.
