They called me in the middle of a workday trying to get me to schedule an appointment because they had not seen me in a while. Are you freaking kidding me? I didn't give you my personal cell phone number so that you could remind to make an appointment for a haircut.
Upscale salons with high profile clients do not have their staff hassle their clients with sales calls.
