  • The dentist is lovely. The dental assistants too. But the front desk woman not only sent my claim form to the wrong insurance (how can you do this??), but also entered my address the wrong way, so that it's two reimbursement checks I did not get and spent hours calling about. It's not that I pay attention to the small print all numbed.
