  • You've got to be a fool to sign a lease with this place after reading all these reviews, I am one of those fools. Because all of the negative reviews are absolutely, positively 100% true. Regardless of the new management the place is still HORRIBLE. My lease finally ended after a long, hard miserable year. And let me start off by saying living at Visconti At Camelback was a complete nightmare. I honestly don't even know where to begin! If you enjoy waking up to crime scene vans, police running around like chickens with their heads cut off, unkept grounds, cars always being broken into, no water for days at a time, homeless people digging in your garbage, broken "security" gates that you can't even get in and out of, pools that fail to meet healthy and safety standards, people that didn't even graduate high school managing the front office, and constant outages of hot water! Would you enjoy seeing your apartment complex on the news for crimes committed over the weekend while you were asleep? If you are even slightly considering to sign a lease at Visconti because you think its a good price for the area YOU ARE WRONG. The complex needs to be torn down and re-done completely! Regardless of the renovated apartments they're still VERY cheaply done. They're attempting to polish a turd to be quite frank with you.. And don't be fooled because they've gone under the new Greystar management. Visconti At Camelback is a LITERAL DUMP. Look else where to find a place to call your home.
