  • This place gives me what I want: more hair cutting, less talking. Every time I've been here has been on walk-in basis. I may wait a few minutes max, but am usually seated right away. This is in the afternoon or after work. Jenny, Hannah and Nikki have cut my long straight hair and they all do a great job. I don't get my hair shampooed here. They straighten my hair with a straightener and snip away. I'm usually in and out within 30 mins give or take. It's $25 + tip to cut my hair, they take CASH and will CHARGE $1 extra if you pay with card. I was in and out of the place in 30 minutes last Sunday. Nail services, hair coloring and waxing are also offered here. ---- EDIT 7/9/15: they raised women's haircuts $5. Review of the nail manicure: While I do recommend Ann's for haircuts, I do not recommend them for a gel manicure. After calling and stopping by other salons that were either super busy or didn't even acknowledge a new customer, I went here to try it out because like I said above, I've never really had to wait and they know me. I was able to literally peel off the gel manicure without ruining my nails 1 week after I got it. And after getting a Real gel mani, I know you should not be able to do that!
