  • I have been going to this location for 100% of my car servicing for the past 6 years. The customer service is great. Definitely make an appointment. They get very busy. They will make suggestions for further service and maintenance. I always ask, "Is this based on something you SAW or the mileage of the car?" And "Is this a NOW thing or can it wait until my next oil change?" Then I can make an informed decision. They are not nearly as solicitous as the dealer (because they don't work on commission), so they won't give you a guilt trip for choosing to delay a certain service. Tip: Do get lifetime alignment if you plan to go back to firestone for every oil change. I get my wheels aligned every time I go and my tires last way longer.
