  • Went through the drive thru for a large iced tea. The girl hands me the tea and says they are out of Styrofoam cups that the tea usually comes in. No problem, I take it and drive off and notice the cup has food debris all over the outside. So I park and also see there is only about 4-6 ice cubes in my tea. I go inside and tell the person at the counter what the issue was. He takes the cup, didn't say a word, and hands me a new one..IN A STYROFOAM CUP! I tell him the girl in the drive thru said you were out... he points over to the huge stack behind him and said "she lied".
