  • Let me begin by asking a question..... Why would you charge $10 to cut a ponytail to be used for "Locks of Love"? We went in (with a coupon) and wanted a haircut but tie in ponytail to be cut for Locks of Love. The lady said at the front said "Well that will be $10 more for long hair". I said you are cutting all of it off. She said he came in with long hair..... I will take my business elsewhere.... Greedy bunch, plain and simple. I have been going there for 3 years. Sadly $10 means more than a paying customer. Never again! Especially the ponytail is going for a wonderful cause.....
