  • I was referred to Julia by a friend from school because I was having trouble finding someone since I'm new to the area. Unfortunately my experience was less then pleasant. I had an appointment on Monday and during my appointment Julia was friendly and moderately talkative. While I was processing under the dryer she started another clients hair which I do not favor but I didn't say anything. My appointment was finished off by Julia blow drying my hair and teasing the roots it was not an ideal style. She charged me $185 dollars and after I left her salon I noticed my hair looked yellow so I kindly contacted Julia and asked her if she could fix it and Julia promptly responded and said she could get me on Thursday. This appointment went much smoother in terms of her demeanor and I was her only client at the time however the result was even worse. Again she added color to my roots and had me process then used a toner in my hair when she washed my hair. Still no style was done just a blow dry, several products and teased roots. When I got home I showered and dried my hair to take photos of the finished product which I've included here. Then I reached out to my hair dresser from back home and sent her the photos of my hair and will be making a 3 hour drive to have her fix. I have never been so disappointed or upset about my hair in my entire life. Needless to say I will not be going back to Julia or this salon. This is not ombré
