  • Yeah absolutely horrible experience !! Got a room in downtown Phoenix last weekend for a seminar at Cronkite... My roommate and I stayed in a smoke smelling room. There were cigarette burn marks all over the blankets. Luckily we bought our own blankets or we would have been sleeping standing up. On top of that there was some big girl hanging outside of our door all night, and we could have swore we saw prostitutes sharing another hotel room down the hall from us. There were cops monitoring sometimes but then other times we saw a girl with a sweatshirt on... No pants on, Barefoot going to and from that same room. I don't know what the hell is going on there but it doesn't look good for the property or the cops patrolling that area. It was absolutely disgusting!! I will say this... I know Motel 6 has better locations with more modern layouts and I've been in those too. But for a city like Phoenix, this is unacceptable
