  • This is probably the worst place I have ever lived in. Our A/C broke for the first time 2 months go and it took them 3 weeks to come and fix it, even though they kept saying that it would only take 30 minutes for a tech to come to my apartment and they never did. The only reason they decided to fix the A/C was because we sent an email to the manager. Which by the way she is never in the office or she's never "available" to assist with problems. So fast forward to 2 months later and our A/C broke again last Wednesday and it's already Monday and no one has fixed it. Even though the office people keep telling us that a tech is going to be here soon. We are still waiting for someone to come fix our A/C. One of the solutions they gave us to help our problem is to open our windows. Like seriously? They are not professional what so ever and they treat us like we are dumb. There is one agent he is blonde I don't really remember his name but he's really rude and not professional, when I was telling him about my A/C problem he cut me off and didn't even let me finish telling him the problem before sending me off and "promising me" someone was going to fix my ac today. I cannot wait to move out of here and move to a decent place. I don't recommend this place to anyone ever, they really need to get their act together before they let anyone else sign a lease with them. Also there is a fly problem we had flies all over our apartment and our patio area. Finding a parking spot is horrible and the walls are paper thin. Again I know I already spoke about how horrible they are in the office but, I need to emphasize again on how unprofessional and condescending they are, I don't know if they treat me like that because I'm young, I'm a woman or because I am a minority. But I work in the customer service industry and I know when someone is giving me the run around instead of giving me a straight up answer. Another problem is their "emergency" tech line. No one EVER picks up the phone, it always goes to voicemail saying they are going to reach back and they never do. Overall this place is horrible and no one should be living here, all of the agents need to go through a special training on how to treat people and how to do customer service properly. BTW I would give them 0 stars if I really could.
