As always it depends on the stylist. Apparently this place is been having some turn over with stylists so hopefully finding a solid person won't be difficult.
I've been in twice now for two different services. I think that the salon is cute and unique along with the staff who is helpful and really sweet. Only drawback is the location is already in a slow traffic area plaza and then on top of that they are hidden behind another building with no real sign, so unless you know where this place is it can be tricky to find the first time.
The first time I came into this place for a color service that I wasn't pleased with the first couple of days but when the color started to reflect better after 1-2 washes it was perfect. I think I paid around 75-100$ for the balayage hair color.
Second time I asked for a blow out with beach wave curls. With a wash, dry, and curls added with a rod I don't think it was anything different that I could've done myself. From my previous waves they were very glamorous and loose, where as these were tight and not exactly what I had in mind. Some curls were backwards also so they sat strangely. Luckily I mentioned a Groupon and paid only $28 vs $35 so I saved myself a few bucks and the hassle of washing, drying n styling my hair.
So overall four stars, I don't really know the girls so I can't recommend anyone.
