I thought I had reviewed on this site before but it must have been on their site. Like other people are saying, they DON'T stand behind their work. My door lock did not work from the beginning and they came and "fixed" it. That lasted a short time and when I sold my home earlier this year I found out that the door lock wasn't working again. We never went through the front door so had no idea. If you were outside you could not get in but you could get out from the inside. I called them and they told me I would have to pay them to come out and fix it. I will not pay them to come and fix their screw-up. Then they said they would discuss with the Mgr. and get back to me. Same story, it was out of warranty (2 yrs) so they aren't responsible for the door after that. I told them that the next house I am buying, I was having the same doors put on it and I would have those people fix it.... it didn't cost me anything. About 2 months later I got a call from a person that was about 10 minutes away and was heading to my house to fix it (for a fee) and I told him he wasn't coming to MY house and I didn't authorize the "fix". They lost my business and everyone else I have told about this. I was also at the home show in the spring and I have (had) a big mouth. A 2 year warranty on something that expensive is ridiculous. Just enough time for it to rust and fall apart and they are not liable. Like the other people say....stay away. Oh and I was also told by a former employee that they come up with a price for your door based on your possessions. If they think you have money they charge more. Pathetic!
