Unfortunate but there was a complete lack of communication to explain the procedures. All that was completed was a deep cleaning of my teeth, and a filling. I believe some x rays as well. For this , my dental plan was drained of 700 dollars plus I was personally billed for additional monies. I was told that the deep cleaning had to be done before we could proceed with my main concern of getting three teeth implants put in. I found out that cleaning was not necessary to hold up the implants that I very badly needed. I filled out the required forms and listed my allergic reaction to Penicillin. However Dr Ramsey admitted that he did not look at my paperwork and gave a prescription for Ampicillin which could be fatal to me. I am grateful that my pharmacist caught this before I took it. The deep cleaning, at my request was completed in one sitting, however I was in pain for the last half hour and I asked for a pain prescription but was told that Dr Ramsey went to a meeting and although both of Doctors sisters work there yet he did not leave them with prescriptions if needed. Everyone was nice and friendly but I did not go to make friends. All in all, not very professional. Never was called about the implants I went for. They just never called me again. I found another dentist who completed the implants and situation was corrected. Just a very poor experience that cost a lot of money, pain and my time. I really wish that this note was not necessary, but not even a courtesy call after my new dentist requested my x rays. Did I say unprofessional?
