  • If I could give a lower score I would. This store is a joke. The guys behind the counter (I have dealt with 3 separate guys) are rude. They never want to help me. I bought a $400 ZODIAC vacuum from them and it keeps breaking and I keep bringing it in. I know that is not their fault that it breaks, but they hold the warranty so I keep bringing it in to get fixed and EACH TIME they tell me my warranty is expired (I paid EXTRA for a 2 year warranty). I have literally told the same guy 3 times in a row that and he makes me argue with him every time. Eventually they see that I am right and fix it but not without a huge attitude, like I am HUGE inconvenience to them. One time they told me they "didn't have time to help me" and to leave the vacuum there and they would call when it was ready. I waited 4 days and finally went into the store and they said it still wasn't ready and to come back tomorrow!! I only go there for my warranty work and buy all my chemicals and pool supplies at BSN POOLS.
