  • I've been a loyal patron of Top Design Nails for around 5 years. It's kind of a hole in the wall, but the quality of their work is generally superb. However, I've noticed that a lot of their regular staff has changed over the past few months and the level of customer service has definately been impacted. Also, their pricing now seems to be a little nefarious. For example, prices for the same service vary wildly depending on the technician you get paired with. Learn from my mistake -- ask for a quote of everything up front, even if it's a service you've had done there before, because otherwise you may encounter an unpleasant surprise. Overall nice work.
