Great little family run restaurant in downtown Glendale. Right near antique stores and in the historic part. The restaurant is in a quaint old house. There are not to many Vietnamese restaurants that I've been to with atmosphere so that's an added plus. The food is also great too. If you love Vietnamese food you have to try this place. If you haven't had it check out their website. There you will find the menu and pictures of some of their food items. Huge menu! They don't have Vietnamese sandwiches here though. They have a family member with a restaurant off I-17 and Bell to get your banh mì fix.
I have had the rice flour crepe with shrimp, pork and bean sprouts. It is served with a plate of veggies. It fills up the plate! I also had the famous #37 with grilled pork, shrimp, egg roll and sunny side up egg. Really good. You'll see why it is so popular. I also had the Pho with sliced beef. It was not the best I ever had but very, very good.
The service is pretty good here. The second time I went there they were fairly busy so I had to wait a short time to get seated. The other two times they were pretty quick. Servers were all friendly.
It is a good drive from my house but totally worth it plus It's in a great part of Glendale.
