  • I had to share an experience because it was exceptionally great. We worked with Neat Freaks House Cleaning and More http://www.nfclean702.com and they far surpassed my expectations. Sure, yes my house is impeccably clean, but more importantly, they came 3 times to make sure that the job was done right. I was in a different timezone while it was all going on. The first time, my power was shut off but they did what they could until it got too hot. Then, they came back at night. That night, the power was on, but for some reason my water pressure dropped significantly mid-clean. So they came back a 3rd time to complete the job the next day. All free of charge! Yolie, the owner, is professional, communicative, and kind. They even left me a couple of towels in my bathroom shaped like swans. I was really stressed trying to manage this from a different timezone, and I am just really happy with their service. I have never had a cleaning service like it before, and I just want to give them a huge shout out because all the while they were super accommodating and understanding. AND my house looks so good.
