  • I wanted to order an ice cream cake with modifications. Went in the store directly and was told they couldn't take any orders, that I needed to do it on line. Fine, I went home and placed my order hoping they would get it right. Went to pickup my daughters cake, first they tried to give me a small cake from the freezer. I explained to them that was not what I ordered. I was told that the person that makes the cake quit and they didn't know if it was made. Honestly I didn't care. I ordered a cake 4 days in advance and paid for it. Im assuming it was the manager, offered to give me 2 small cakes (2 different flavored) to replace my large birthday cake. Of coarse I refused. How ridiculous is that! She went back to look for my order and miraculously she found it. For some reason I always have the worst experience at this location.
