  • I purchased a Suorin Air Kit awhile back. The young lady behind the counter was everything you want in a sales service rep- friendly, helpful really knew here stuff- UNTIL I returned a few days later. I watched 3 reviews on YouTube by 3 different people, in all the reviews a user's manual was included with the kit. When I asked the young lady at Vape Etc about the manual she told me that the kits don't come with one which of course is a lie. I'm a senior citizen and let's face it hipster-millennials are the first to dog us, aka- treat us like we are trash. But hey what do I know, maybe everyone who returns with a concern is treated like I was.
