  • Zero stars! This store seems best for people who just need tech help or who like to buy lots of add-ons. I was simply picking up a phone that I got as a gift during the holidays (2017), but that never happened thanks to the people who work there. At this location I got Evan, who should work in a morgue and not in sales with his dry and rude personality, and was too busy up-selling me and then screwing up: he told me the phone was NOT paid for once I signed off on having it activated. I knew he was wrong as I am on the account of the person who bought it for me, but asked how much it would be a month and he gave me the total cost and said to divide it by 24. Really? I told him that I didn't have a calculator (he had my phone) and when he finally gave me the monthly cost, it was more than the price at another Verizon store where I had looked at this model a week or so before and where I had a nice sales guy but wanted to check reviews before doing anything and then I got the surprise gift. Evan said there was a discount still but I asked what the sticker price was on the display and he clearly didn't want to walk across the store but finally did and came back to report that it didn't have a price on it. Strange. Why would something for sale not have a price clearly listed? Evan had such a bad attitude and when I stressed that this was a gift and the phone was paid for per my family member, he said he didn't "hear the conversation" or something along those lines and made the same comment about the lower monthly price I was quoted at the other store. I don't need snide comments from sales people and that's no way to get repeat customers. If the account holder bought the phone and yes, there was a record of that, I have no idea how this guy missed it. He then asked what I needed from him in a rude way and I replied that he could have a better attitude while he just stood and stared at me some more so I told him I wanted a different sales person. He replied that they were all busy and I said that was fine and I would sit and wait. He seemed to have the same attitude with other customers who waited much longer than I did. I finally got up and asked the greeter guy who was standing around doing nothing this whole time if I could speak with a manager and he was the manager! His name was Jake, or so he said. Why was he standing around while people were waiting? I asked if he knew I had been sitting forever due to this issue with Evan and he couldn't care less and when I said Evan could at least be friendly and smile, he just rudely replied that he'd make a note of it and also added that he was one of his best sales people which I find hard to believe. I knew this was really going nowhere so I demanded to get my old phone back which took so long to reactivate and it's different now so I have no idea what he did to my phone. I literally left a brand new and paid for platinum LG G6 on his little podium and took my old LG G2 back due to Evan and him. I said that they really lost a sale tonight and he just ignored me. I also asked if this was a GoWireless store and it's not; it's corporate! The former is where I had gotten good service which is pretty sad and they do have this phone in stock, but Verizon clearly only uses corporate stores for their orders. It's over a month later and I'm still using my old phone thanks to this store as Verizon wouldn't honor the price and promos of the phone that WAS paid for, but that they lied about and said wasn't. Shame on them.
