  • I wish there was a 0 rating, as this company doesn't deserve anything more! Our Kitchen aid dishwasher went out on us and this company was the one arranged to fix it. We had figured there was one of two things wrong with it. The serviceman who showed up was very nice, but unfortunately did not have the part to fix the washer. Wouldn't one think that you would come with the parts needed when you knew it was either A or B? Regardless, we were told he would he would continue on with his jobs and would come back "sometime later this afternoon". This was at 8am. Because we took time off from work, we needed to know if he truly was going to come back, and if they even had the part in stock. Since the worker did not know, we called the office and the owner (we believe) was the one who took our call. My husband was very nice on the phone, just calling to see if they knew if they had the part in stock or not since he took time off. The man immediately became belligerent and told us that the worker "may come back today, and he might not". He also refused to tell us if the part was even in stock. Ridiculous!!!! We called Kitchen aid back and explained what had happened, they called Dinos and received the same rude, unprofessional response. This is how you do business??? He even went so far as to tell them that they do not want to come back to our home. Well guess what buddy, we don't want you either, and would not pay 1 red cent to your sucky company. Good luck with that attitude bud. Good luck.
