If I could put no stars that still wouldn't do this company any justice. I am tired of getting ripped off by cable/internet companies and I will NEVER use this company again. I am in touch with a high rate of new "Las Vegans" every year and I will make sure to tell them to never use CenturyLink. I already had problems with their customer service but to have someone in the retention center YELL at me because I inquired about the high fees for "termination" which is not my fault I have to terminate is unacceptable. Every person I've talked to has been unprofessional and they do not have to worry about my services ever again.
