I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Plus since 2014 as per my review below. Since then, Luxury Plus has gone downhill.
Late Feb 2017, I ordered shirts and a suit and it took until the first week of June to receive. Luxury Plus will ignore your emails and will not return your phone calls.
In the end the shirts arrived but the customer service experience was horrible. The owner Jimmy didn't even apologize and made an excuse stating "you should have known it will take longer".......... I noticed others who shopped at Luxury Plus were complaining about their late orders as well.
If you have the patience to wait 3 months for your shirt/suit, then by all means go to Luxury Plus. Otherwise, pay a bit more and go elsewhere as I have seen countless individuals who purchased shirts/suits for weddings and the order did not arrive in the time range that Luxury Plus promised.
