  • I bought one for my son when he went into a regular bed. The people at the store were great and explained everything to us thoroughly, and I had done about a year's worth of research, so I appreciated the time they took. It was hard to get in touch with them once we ordered the mattress (there was quite a delay in delivery). There were a few unanswered voice messages and emails, but I'm just glad we got our mattress. As for the mattress itself: fantastic!!! Like I said, it was in my son's bed, but then we moved to Vancouver so now it's the guest bed. Sometimes when I'm feeling unwell or have back pain and don't want to disturb my husband at night, I slip into in the guest bed and I feel amazing the next morning. Once settled, I plan on finding a way to get one of these mattresses for the rest of the family!
