Their app amd brochure said the bus stopped at #2, we got there a half hour early and waited another half hour for bus (not to mention walking 20 min from pur hotel), only to find out the app and brochure are wrong and the bus doesn't stop at #2. We walked 10 min to #3 and they confirmed they stopped going to that #2 but just didn't update their info, nor did they have the courtesy to put a sign at stop #2. Talked to customer service and they were not friendly. The guy at stop #3 however was super nice and apologized.
The tour itself was just ok. Only buy if you plan on taking advantage of off/on feature.
