We were able to walk in on a Friday night without reservations (3 people) and be seated within 10 mins. This is sometimes unheard of on a weekend in Old Town, so we may have gotten lucky. They do accept reservations (to my knowledge), so if you don't want to gamble make reservations.
Service:
The restaurant has a bit of a bourgeoisie feel, but the the service was attentive and polite.
Food:
We ordered the gypsy pork shank (tender and delicious), bacon fat heirloom popcorn (so tasty and even better the next day), the OMFG salad (saw many reviews for this and gave it a try -- very unique, light taste and filling), and filet mignon asada tacos.
Our server told us that they didn't have any house wine selections, but did recommend a red for me to try. I asked for a sample before getting a full pour and it was tasty. They seemed to have a nice list of cocktails, but nobody else in our party ordered drinks, so I can't speak to how those are.
Would definitely come back here for the salad and popcorn.
