When you think of a Jewelry Store, you think of classy & friendly people inviting you and greeting you right away. WRONG! I was greeted with glares & looks of up and down and a snotty tone of "Hi, how's it going?". All I wanted was to see if I can try a size of one of their classic bracelets. I asked for the size 7 for the 5mm sterling silver cable bracelet because that's what I've been eyeing on to get (most definitely not in this store, anymore). The lady (blonde straight hair with a PERIOD red expression on her face ) greeted me still didn't move from where she was standing and proceeded to say; "O I'm sorry but we don't make a size bigger than size 7 (which is a Large in women's bracelet). We only make sizes from S, M & L." In my head ummm, have you checked your website, it clearly says you make sizes from XS-3XXXL MTO possibly. The other lady (husky Asian/Hawaiian) just gave me another glare and proceeded with what she was doing while the lady that was helping me showed me the men's bracelet to compare the size of what I was asking for. She handed it to me and obviously it doesn't fit because its not what I asked for to try on. I already know that the bracelet can expand a little but didn't want to do it myself because I'm not buying that particular one. So handed it back and said Thank you; walked out and never felt so outraged of how those 2 sales people treat walk-in clients. Mind view on all of this that I work in the same 'OUTLET' mall as they are and I know Luxury Retail Service (I've worked for Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo to name a few) and what those 2 ladies delivered to me wasn't up to par on places I've experienced Luxe Service.
