  • In continuation of my review for the poor after-care from North York General Hospital (reviewed previously), I would like to commend the pharmacist JASON at the Bayview Village Mall Shoppers Drug Mart. This has been my only visit to this store, but he was very diligent and helpful in resolving a problem that we had when I went to pick-up a prescription. In short, the emergency doctor prescribed a medication which he should have known my family member could not take, and Jason was the one who did all the work to arrange a replacement, despite the hospital's apparent disinterest in correcting the error. An excellent resolution to a difficult 4-hr problem.
