  • Thanks Tim!!! I went in to this dealership on 12/1/2017 for the first time and it is the ONLY dealership I will go to from now on. From the get go, I had a fantastic experience. Not only did Tim go above and beyond to help me, but it didn't cost me anything! I expected to pay something! I had a check engine light come on in my SONIC which is usually ALWAYS something to worry about; especially when I needed a smog in the near future. Turns out the valve cover needed replacing and it fell under the powertrain warranty. Always good news when it's under warranty! Tim was very knowledgeable and I would definitely give him high marks in customer service. As we all know, good customer service is hard to come by these days. I was also very pleased that the repair did not take very long, so I was able to be on my way to get that smog test!! Thanks again Tim!!!
