  • If it was possible to give this company 0 stars I would! They have now taken over as our HOA company it has been nothing but nightmares! I had booked the clubhouse and on the week of my event they told me it was taken by someone else! I was behind on my HOA and I used my bank to make a bill pay payment and it was sent 2 weeks ago I call every day to see if it was received every time I call I speak to someone different because apparently the employees quit the company every month so its always someone new. I have had nothing but DISRESPECT from Sonia in accounting who is new to accounting and she has NO IDEA what she is doing! She is unprofessional, very unintelligent, she does not return phone calls and she has NO IDEA how to do her job!! They really should give her a job as a receptionist because she knows nothing about accounting. We have an HOA meeting in a few days and I will make sure we get rid of this company because no one is happy.
