| - Horrible customer service! Cancelled my service after 5 years of giving them business.
My account was noted to leave 1 jug of water, no matter what, but that isn't a simple task for Junior, my delivery guy. Instead, he leaves me 3 jugs or none depending on his mood that day. When I confronted him 2 weeks ago, after having called Tahoe to send him back to pick-up the extra jugs he dropped off, he came at me like I inconvenienced him by making him go out of his way to come back. Do your job right the first time, and you wouldn't have to come back, Junior.
The above instance was one of many, with the same delivery guy. I have spoke with Tahoe representatives on the phone, as well as the manager, to express my concerns, and clearly nothing was done, as I cancelled my service today. Junior had to come back and pick up the 3 jugs of water at my door, in which he never knocked or rang the door bell. I even put a note near my doorbell asking Tahoe to use it.
So much more could be said about this company's bad customer service and attitudes, but I think I got my point across.
FYI, I was paying $7 for a 5gal jug, plus a $2.50 charge for the machine. It's much cheaper to just buy 24 packs of water. Do the math.
