  • Nice venue but TOTALLY let down by the service. 4 of us went last night to see Tom Arnold (who was pretty good) and service was quasi-non-existent. You couldn't have drunk your 2 drink minimum if you wanted to. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get one drink (after getting up and complaining several times) and the food we ordered never showed up after more than 2 hours despite multiple reminders. People all around us were all complaining about the same thing. And to top the evening off, the waitress lost the credit card given to her for our drinks. The place is one disaster after another. Take cash and eat/drink beforehand.
