  • This review only pertains to the lobby lounge and bar area. We were there to watch the NCAA final game. The seating was quite nice however the lighting above seemed a little intrusive. The waitress had a sweet disposition but she provided the worst waitress service I have experienced in a long time. Not once did she come to our table of five to ask if we needed anything and then when her shift was nearly over she was not shy about telling us that she was trying to leave. The bar grossly overcharged us for all of our drinks. Again although the seating was nice the crown plaza does not treat their guests very well. They made it quite clear that they are not interested in serving guests in the lounge.
