rev:text	I have been getting my car serviced here for a few years now and I have always been taken care of. They have a wonderful staff, competitive prices, very knowledgeable, and it's never a hassle with them. I recently called this location after a horrible experience with Sun Auto, and a gentleman by the name Josh picked up. He was literally an angel that day! (SA was quoting me $650+ for an ALTERNATOR and the guy became rude after I decided that I would just go elsewhere!) I got a quote from Josh (more than half the price of what SA quoted me btw) & explained to him my car was stalled. He gave me their towing company's number & offered to waive the fee for the tow. Awesome! He explained the job would take about 2 hours 3 at most. I left & 3 hours go by, car still not done. I call & they tell me they're unable to remove the alternator due to a messed up screw. Naturally I was upset bc I desperately needed my car done that night as I was promised. But I couldn't be mad .. the manager or supervisor handled this situation so well!! Instead of an angry customer, him & Josh were able to turn a nightmare into a wonderful experience. I ended up picking my car up the very next day. Towing was free & yeah it took them a little longer to do the job, but when you have a staff willing to accomodate & really take care of their customers .. that's not going to matter. Overall, I had a great experience per usual thanks to PepBoys on W.Lake Mead!! -A very happy customer
