As a customer who didn't even step foot into this store, this review may be unfair. However, it is just based on good ol' customer service, i.e. picking up the damn phone!!!
This is not my first experience with none of their sales reps picking up the phone. This applies to their Heartland location as well as their Burnhamthorpe/Dundas one as well.
Heartland is NOT close to me, so from time to time, I will have to physically speak to someone to see if they have a particular item, before I hop in my car! After my call was unanswered, I didn't even bother giving them my business.
Usually, when I'm there, the customer service is OK. There are usually only a handful of customers - if that. So I really don't understand why NO ONE picks up the phone, even if it's the supervisor or cashier who probably has no one in her line.
Do I now have to Twitter these people in order to get a simple response??
